Application: AK02 is a masterbatch for BOPA films, casting nylon films, based on a film grade polyamind and which contains fine particle.
1) Excellent anti-block property for nylon films.
2) Good reeling in and out property for films ,enhanced printability.
3) AK02 is allowed to be added in the films directly contacted food.

Guidelines for use:
1) The recommendation letdown ratio of Ak02 is 2~3% added in the single layer PA films,otherwise 4~5% is in the skin layer of three-layer co-extruded films.
2) Purchasers should make their own tests to determine the suitability of product for their particular purposes.
Note: Because AK02 absorbs moisture very easily then leads to the degration of polyamind during processing, avoiding moisture is necessary.
Packaging: AK02 is packed in 25kg bags.
Storage: Store cool and dry protected from sunlight. The recommendation shelf life time is within 12 months.
